Lovely people and plesently suprised to the standard. definately would stay there again.

We loved the quiet and peaceful setting. Six units but you did not feel others were there, very private. Bev was a delight to chat to and made our stay very enjoyable. Gave us cooking facilities as we wished to cook our own food. Provided ice for drinks. Close to the caves and walks. On the main road but set back so very quiet. Lovely.

Absolutely nothing, ideal. Wished we could have stayed a 3rd night.

Comfortable tidy self-contained units at a good price - not flashy but everything in good order - nice to have our own little private porch area as well with the country view. Great location - is just around the corner from Otorohanga shops etc if you need anything, short drive from Waitomo and reasonably short drive to Kawhia. Friendly, helpful owners - and gorgeous cats.

The passing traffic (esp big trucks) were quite noisy when all else was quiet.

A little road noise during the day but gets quiet during the night. A comfortable distance from road and relaxing country setting. Met all expectations. Thanks.

Particularly impressed with friendliness of owners who did all possible to make sure we were comfortable with accomodation, their attitude was...."we can we will" within reason, lovely folk indeed.

Surprised at the size (very small) of the accomodation, shocked is closer to the truth but once over that, hey, its cheap, its comfortable, its ok.

There was only one sink in the entire cabin. It was in the bathroom. To wash dishes, one had to use the bathroom sink's tap to fill a plastic basin. I am surprised health officials allow a situation like this. $90 a night was extortionate for such rudimentary facilities.
